House EATS doesn’t just rhyme with house seats,…it’s actually very similar, except it tastes better! You can use your membership to house EATS to reserve complimentary restaurant tasting options throughout the year, whenever our partnering restaurants would like to introduce more new locals to what they’ve got cooking. Tickets are distributed on a first come, first served, basis. That said, there may be instances when we restrict the number of times you may make reservations for high demand shows/events. If this happens, we will make any restrictions clear in our show/event listing.

There are two ways you can find out what is available. Members may log on to the site 24/7 and provide their user name and password, then click on the link that says "get tickets". Remember, we are not a reservations system, and there may be times we do not have any shows/events to offer. Be sure to follow us on our social networks to get the latest news and updates from house seats directly in your social feed.
How Do I Make A Reservation?
There tickets are available exclusively to our members. Venues that work with us include concert, sports stadiums, symphony halls, live theaters, comedy clubs and many more venues. Upgrading from a two seater membership (annual) to a full house membership (annual) allows the member to reserve more tickets, up to (4), based upon availability for the REMAINDER of their current membership year. Unless you can be at two places at one time (don't even try to tell us you can!) we don't allow members to book two shows (within a three and a half hour window of each other) on the same date. Members must adhere to the house rules that state a reservation made must be honored. It isn't fair to take tickets out of inventory and not use them, for our partners, or for others that may have wanted the tickets you previously reserved.

Each membership account with house seats allows for 1 primary account holder, as well as the option to purchase a secondary name upgrade. However, there can be a maximum of 2 names on each account for several reasons. The most important of these reasons is that our reservation system is automated, meaning that when a reservation is finalized, the name appearing on the member’s account will appear on an automated RSVP list with all other members who have reserved for that event. Once we receive the tickets and offers we post them to our site for our members, like you, to reserve. Tickets may be picked up ONLY by the house seats member whose name appears on their own account. If a secondary name upgrade option has been purchased, then the secondary individual appearing on the account certainly may also pick up the tickets. However, no one other than the individuals whose names appear on each account may pick up the reserved tickets.
